SERVES 4
Ingredients 2 chopped Tomato 1 chopped Red Onion 1 Tbsp basil - fresh or dried Seasoning to taste 1 chopped spring onion 1 chopped Avocado 1kg Omega Mussels drained
Method
Sprinkle all ingredients over Mussels and then serve. Enjoy. If preferred can put Mussels under the grill for 5 mins.
