Smoked Fish Pate with Mussels

Ingredients:

150g smoked fish (or salmon)

100g -150g cream cheese

2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped

1/2 lemon, juice + zest

Salt and pepper

Fresh Omega Mussels (Straight from the pouch)

Toasted sourdough to serve with


Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a fork or in a small food processor. Garnish with parsley and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Serve with toasted sourdough and top with fresh Omega mussels.
