Our gourmet cooked & vacuum packed products provide endless versatility for the customer! Our products can easily go from wholeshell to half-shell or fully de-shelled for any purpose. 

Our Greenshell Mussels are grown in the pristine waters of the Marlborough Sounds. Due to the proximity of Antarctica our NZ water is clean and abundant with nutrients for the mussels to filter feed naturally. 

We pride ourselves on high quality shellfish that is already scrubbed, partially debearded and lightly cooked in the pouch. Along with this a 12m chilled and 24m frozen shelf life adds to the convenience.
